The OMAT desuperheating water control valve is an anti-cavitation multi-stage pressure reducing valve. The internal parts feature a multi-stage pressure reduction structure, where fluid passes through a tortuous channel to dissipate a large amount of energy, reduce flow velocity, and prevent cavitation. Considering that existing desuperheating water control valves in power plants are typically installed on a horizontal pipeline, the valve body is divided into "straight-port valve body" and "offset-port valve body." A straight-port valve body means the inlet and outlet pipes are on the same horizontal line, while an offset-port valve body means the inlet and outlet pipes are not on the same horizontal line.

★Fluid is depressurized step by step, with the fluid direction constantly changing, increasing flow resistance, controlling flow velocity, and preventing cavitation damage. The allowable pressure difference within the valve is 15 MPa;
★Multi-stage throttling: four-stage throttling at high flow rates and five-stage throttling at low flow rates, reducing fluid erosion and abrasion on the valve core surface;
★Throttling surface and sealing surface are separated. The valve core and valve sleeve surfaces are hardened to a hardness of HRC70, ensuring tight closure and long service life;
★Large notches are machined on the valve core surface, allowing fluid containing solid particles such as 2~3mm welding slag without jamming the valve core, ensuring flexible operation;
★Excellent flow regulation characteristics with a wide adjustment range (approximately 60%-70%). This control valve is a patented product and has been successfully applied in many power plants.
